The double ABC burger was messy and satisfying. However the beef had a bit of gamey flavor, like some cuts of flank or skirt. The spam musubi was everything you want and expect in that bite and the macaroni salad and slaw was pretty good and flavorful. The real treat was the teriyaki chicken, which reminded me why teriyaki remains such a crowd pleasing flavor.

Being the son of the Spikes teriyaki family, their food is very similar with more variations. Love their mahi mahi plate. So hard to find fish at many restaurants like this.

Love it here, I've been coming for over a decade with my family. ABC burgers are the staple here, coming with avocado, lettuce, tomato, a patty, your choice of American or Swiss cheese and their famous teriyaki sauce that will keep you coming back. Since I don't eat burgers much these days, I've been trying new things from their wide menu. Chicken teriyaki is great, as well as their chicken katsu. I really like their curry too which they can put on fries, a rice bowl, or like the chicken katsu curry bowl I tried. Workers are very nice despite being busy most of the time, they are still very accommodating in this hustle and bustle American-Japanese fusion joint.

Solid chicken Teriyaki bowls...! Reasonable price. Portions are good, and it just ends up being a great, easy grab and go weeknight dinner. Macaroni salad is just ok (but with that being said I still order it everytime haha). Tip: get sauce on the side! They tend to put a lot of sauce (and I have hypertension) so being able to control the salt makes it a lot better. Located in the same plaza as Trader Joe's, lots of parking but a busy plaza overall.

Been coming here on and off for years, and the place hasn't changed too much, it's a place of nostalgia for me with their surprisingly diverse menu. The classic to get is the ABC burger, I've always gotten the stinger. The teriyaki sauce and avocado is what's unique in this triple beef patty burger mixed in with two different kinds of cheeses and lettuce. Also grab some pepperoncini's on the side if you're a spice lover. The service is consistently good, and the layout is like a fast food joint, so I rarely dine in. Also had their chili cheese fries in the past, the portions are huge, but im not the biggest fan of the fries themselves as they're the thick cut, soft, potato-y kind.

I messed up and getting the big plate.. this is clearly to share. It's a lot of food, but other than that very good and will continue to stop by whenever I'm in the area. Service was very attentive as well and busy during lunch hours.

I'm not in Pasadena often and I happen to drive by this place and my sister mention it's on her list of places to try and so we stopped by. The place was humble, festive with Christmas tree and decorations and had a great feel of a good burger joint. I loved it. It was pretty busy too, customers in and out. I didn't know what to order so since the place name has "Teriyaki" and "Burgers" in it, figured I have to try both. I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger spread only and that was the first thing I ate and I loved it. Next I knew I wanted Teriyaki chicken but I felt like I didn't want a bowl/plate so I looked online for reviews and I came across a photo of someone having Teriyaki Fries with Teriyaki Chicken so I figured I'd ask if they can make it and they did though it was a little more money but I think $16 for this was fair. I enjoyed the dish but I felt like it was missing something and I didn't know what. I think if I ever try it again I'd try the Teriyaki Chicken with the Chili Cheese Fries. Overall a great visit.

First time here and was fairly impressed! I ordered seared miso tuna with rice I believe and my boyfriend ordered the chicken beef combo. At first I assumed it would've been something similar ( flavor wise) to ono's but no it was better! I feared the seared tuna wouldn't be flavorful but it was ! And it was delicious , it tasted fresh & flavorful and I was given extra sauce on the side. My boyfriend's combo was delicious, it was flavorful without tasting salty and I didn't feel gross after eating it. Service was pretty standard , you order and u wait. Ambiance felt relaxing , it wasn't as busy when we went but there was a sign that stated they were short on staff so please be patient ! There's half and half next to it and it went well with our meal . Definitely will come back and would recommend

The parking is HORRIBLE here which is why I'm subtracting 1 star. I wish they had a designated parking area just for b-mans. This is one of the reasons why I choose to order through doordash than to come in person. The noise level is average and the interior was decorated for the upcomong holiday - Halloween. There is a gender neutral bathroom and quite a few tables to sit and dine inside. The cashier was friendly and took our order quickly. We ordered for takeout and the food didn't take long to prepare. It was hot and smelled delicious. They have shaved ice! I'm not sure what happened but my shaved ice leaked all over and got the floor mats of the car wet. Luckily the car had all-weathered mats and we had some water bottles to quickly rinse them. Overall, we do like the food and we do come back, just hate the parking lot a lot.
